NEW LOWER PRICING FOR SCOOP SERVICE!

We are committed to providing the best service that we can provide, which includes acting on the utmost highest level of ethics and professionalism.  To further commit to you, our valued customers, we have provided this page so that there are no surprises with scenarios that may arise in the future.  We like to be up front with everything.

Additional Fees
Our rates are designed based on small to average sized yards, within urban areas. Additional fees may incur in the following scenarios:

 - Above average sized yards
 - Excess "loose doodie" (diarrhea).
 - Difficult to access for cleaning of doodie (ie. Defecation within intricate gardens/rocks, excess garbage/debris in yard, or hard to reach areas)
 - Service outside of city limits. (Additional weekly charge of $0.50 per km. Round trip charges apply.)
 - Initial Clean is based off of the first hour of service.  Additional $20 per half hour increment.

Missed Service Days
Should a scenario arise, that is not in your influence (ie. poor weather, dangerous road conditions, illnesses, tragedies, etc.), where we are not able to complete weekly service for you and your pet(s) on your scheduled day, your service will be extended by an additional week unless service is completed within the week.

Unable To Complete Service
Should the scenario arise where we arrive are your location and are unable to complete service, due to reasons that are in your influence (ie. stuck gate, unable to enter yard due to your pet(s), access to yard blocked, etc.), your weekly service will be rendered complete and service will not be extended an additional week.

Initial Clean - Recharge
Initial cleans are a one-time fee as long as service is continued.  If there is a break of 2 or more weeks of service, the initial-clean will be applicable again and will be recharged.  If the yard hasn't been serviced for 2 or more weeks due to OUR inability to complete service (such as poor weather, dangerous road conditions, etc.), we will not charge the initial clean again. Please ensure that your gate and pathways are clear so our staff can safely service your yard so that this scenario will never play out :).

Non-maintained Yards / Recently Aerated Yards
We are unable to guarantee our work for yards that are not maintained or yards that have been recently been aerated.  Examples of this may be yards where the grass has not been cut to a manageable length, yards with scattered debris or garbage.  Yards that have recently been aerated are also difficult to service as there are pieces of the yard (that look like feces) everywhere, as well as some of the doodie is smashed into the ground or thrown about the yard.   Please ensure that your yard is kept in a maintained manner, and if you are planning on aerating your yard, please schedule to have your yard aerated after your service date.

What We Will NOT Do
We are committed to doing the best job that we can do, however there are some circumstances that we avoid, (for the safety of our staff, the safety of your family -- including your pets) which can include, but are not limited to
:

  •  - We will not tolerate mistreatment of your animals.  If you are not caring for your pets (including providing sufficient food, water, shelter), we will notify the authorities.
  •  - We do not service areas that can be dangerous or harmful to our staff.  Examples could be: Underneath decks, areas with broken glass, areas with nails, areas where our staff need to access on their hands and knees.
  •  - We will not tolerate abusive or unkind behaviour to our staff.  We are there to help you and provide an excellent service.  Just because we pick up your pet's doodie, doesn't mean we should be treated like your pet's doodie.  Thanks in advance :).
