We pride ourselves on providing a professional, value-added service to our customers! According to the feedback from our customers, no other pooper scooper service compares to the service that we provide! If you are unhappy with our service, please give us a call immediately after your initial cleaning service (not 2 weeks down the road...immediately) and we will refund your monthly service fee (Invoice minus Initial Fee charged)!
When we say a month, we mean a month! (Beware misleading "MONTHLY" prices)
Other pooper scooper services claim to give you a month of service, when in reality it is only 4 weeks. In reality there are actually 4.33 weeks in a month (52 weeks divided by 12 months). So, when you say $38.00/month, where a month is 4 weeks, you are actually paying $41.17/month, so beware of misleading "MONTHLY" prices. When we say $39.99/month, we mean $39.99 a month! If you work that out weekly, it equals $9.23 per week ($39.99/month multiplied by 12 months, divided by 52 weeks)! To top it off, we are partners with the City of Calgary Animal & Bylaw Services' "I Heart My Pet" licensing rewards program AND BBB accredited!
Description
On a weekly basis (we believe this is the ideal amount of time between service. Anything longer leaves too much waste in your yard for you to see and also increases chance of harmful diseases to spread), we will carefully clean up your pet's doodie with our tools and hands. When we leave, the service will be to your satisfaction or we will re-do the service! If you wish to have a bucket left at your location, we will leave one for you at no charge. You are not obligated to scoop between services.

Additional Fees
Our rates are designed based on small to average sized yards, within urban areas. Additional fees may incur in the following scenarios:
- Above average sized yards
- Excess "loose doodie" (diarrhea).
- Difficult to access for cleaning of doodie (ie. Defecation within intricate gardens/rocks, excess garbage/debris in yard, or hard to reach areas)
- Service outside of city limits. (Additional weekly charge of $0.50 per km. Round trip charges apply.)
- Initial Clean is based off of the first hour of service. Additional $20 per half hour increment.
Emergency Service
If you require an emergency service before a party or event, give us a call or use the contact form and let us know when you need your yard serviced. Depending on the size of the yard, how long it has been since the last service (if ever) and how many dogs, we will give you the best quote that we possibly can!
Kitty Litter Service
Kitty Litter Service is included in both our scoop service and our bucket service. Please have your kitty litter bagged up and ready to go for when we will service your yard. That's right, NO FEE!
